This page explains what information is stored when you use ProSpi Insider and when you choose to open the protected legacy translation.

Public handbook

Your reading progress, bookmarks, recently viewed articles, and sidebar preferences are saved only in your browser using local storage. They are not submitted to ProSpi Insider’s server and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.

The public handbook does not require an account.

Cloudflare hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service.

Discord member login

Access to the protected 2024–2025 translation uses Discord OAuth. When you choose “Continue with Discord,” the site requests basic account identity and your membership information for the ProSpi Insider Discord server.

  • Used data: Discord user ID, username/display name, server membership, and authorized role IDs.
  • Purpose: verify that the account belongs to the server and has the Supporter or admin role.
  • Session: a signed, secure, HTTP-only cookie is created for up to eight hours.
  • Storage: the site does not receive or store your Discord password. The temporary OAuth state cookie lasts up to ten minutes.

Protected translation responses are marked private and are excluded from search indexing.

External services

The homepage embeds a YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Data may be transferred to YouTube when the embedded player loads or is used. Links to Discord, Ko-fi, Konami, and other websites open external services governed by their own privacy policies.

Fonts and retention

Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which may receive technical request data. ProSpi Insider does not maintain a separate user database for the public handbook. Authentication information remains inside the signed session cookie and expires automatically.
