- Identify the Personality together with ratings, role, school year, and opportunity.
- Personality determines which Order effects the player can offer.

Personality Defines the Player’s Order Set
Official help connects each Personality with a different set of Orders. Two players with similar baseball ability can therefore provide different tactical options from the dugout. Personality affects the available instruction; it is not a direct replacement for batting, pitching, fielding, Condition, or Special Abilities.
What Personality Does—and Does Not—Tell You
